Program Description

WWJC Properties's SMS program sends messages related to your rental application, lease, property viewing, booking, stay, or inquiry — including application status updates, lease-signing notifications, property viewing confirmations, booking confirmations, check-in/check-out instructions, access codes, payment reminders, and customer support responses.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., via our website, booking form, or a reply of START/YES), you consent to receive SMS messages from WWJC Properties at the number provided.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages again.
