Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are collected and used solely to provide the services you've requested (e.g., rental application status, lease-signing notifications, property viewing confirmations, booking confirmations, check-in instructions, payment reminders, guest support) and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (e.g., application, lease, viewing, and booking-related updates, guest support). You may receive multiple messages per application, lease, booking, or stay.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages we send or you send to us.
